That doesn't mean the law is often enforced. I'm saying you CAN get a ticket for that, I didn't say you WILL get a ticket for that. Your response to this is pretty closed minded though. It sounds as if you're saying since other people get away with it, you might as well do it yourself. How about if one person changes for the better, that will get people thinking, "Well, I don't see anyone else doing it" and not commit the crime. And yes, I haven't spent enough time in Montreal. It is an amazing city, I love it. I've been there almost 50 times since 1996 and every time I go it's never long enough. Impeding traffic is very common and I see it all the time in Montreal. But I also see it every where else I go in North America. It doesn't change the fact that you're admitting to adding to a major traffic problem, no matter what city we're talking about.
